Troy Deichen is a Managing Director in Bank of America’s Global Technology Corporate & Investment Banking Group, based in San Francisco. As a senior relationship manager, Troy leads strategic banking relationships with large-cap public technology companies, including innovators in AI. He advises clients on a wide range of complex financial needs, delivering integrated corporate banking solutions that support growth, scale, and long-term value creation.

With more than 15 years at Bank of America, Troy brings deep experience across M&A advisory and financing, debt capital markets, ratings advisory, treasury and liquidity solutions, interest rate risk management, asset-based lending, and corporate spin-offs. His career spans multiple market cycles, equipping him with a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to advising senior executives and boards.

Troy is deeply rooted in Marin County. He grew up locally, attending Bacich Elementary, Kent Middle School, and The Branson School, before earning his bachelor’s degree from Colorado College. After college, Troy and his wife returned to Marin, purchasing a home on the same street where he grew up—previously owned by his 8th-grade science teacher. Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife, their two young sons, and their German Shepherd, taking full advantage of Marin’s natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle.
